1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the requirements for folding wheelchairs used byinvalid children.

1.2 This standard covers only the requirements of Type 1 and Type 2wheelchairs (see 4.1). Types 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and Type 0 wheelchairs (see4.1) are not covered in this standard.
