IS 809 : 1992 Specification for rubber flooring materials for general purposes

1 Scope

This standard lays down the composition, minimum requirements,workmanship and prescribes tests for rubber flooring materialsuitable for covering floors of domestic and public buildings,cinemas, hospitals, large stores, ships, transport vehicles, etc.This standard does not cover the requirements for special types ofrubber flooring used for electrical insulating purposes, conductiveor antistatic flooring or rubber flooring having chemical andoil-resistant properties.
