IS 8183 : 2024 Bonded Mineral Wool - Specification
1 SCOPE
This standard covers the requirements, methods of sampling and test for mineral fiber (rock, slag, glass), semi-rigid and rigid board intended for the use as thermal insulation.
NOTE - For specific applications, the actual temperature limits shall be agreed upon between the supplier and the purchaser.
