1. Scope

1. Scope- Specifies tests to evaluate the effects of various pressure differential effects upon comporents or equipment used in aircraft.

1.1 Two testsare specified, namely, an excess pressure test and a rapid decompression test, each of which has a specific field of application. The relevant equipment specification shall prescribe the tests o be used and also the appropriate functional check.
