1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the basic dimensions and materials for a towingjaw and its mountings, for use in connections between a transport tractor and atrailer of up to 5 tonnes gross mass.

1.2 The gross mass refers to gross laden train masses where more than onetrailer is drawn.
