1 SCOPE

1.1 This standard (Part 2) prescribes the requirements and methods of test for rubberized needle felt coir sheets for cushioning.

1.2 It does not cover articles made from shredded rubberized coir, rubberized needle felt coir sheets or fabricated articles consisting of a cover of rubberized coir sheets enclosing springs or other cushioning material, or industrial and packaging material.
