1. SCOPE

1.1 This standard ( Part II ) covers the requirements for equipment and constructional requirements of conventional activated sludge process and its modifications, namely:

a) Conventional system,

b) High-rate system,

c) Extended aeration system, and

d) Contact stabilization system.
