1 Scope

1.1 This standard gives an outline of available methods formeasuring the thickness of electroplated coatings on plastics.Although, this standard is primarily related to decorative coatingson plastics, the methods referred to here may be used formeasurement of conventional coatings on plastics or othernon-metallic substrates.
