IS 8562 : 1977 Methods of sampling chrome ore

1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the methods of sampling of chromeore from conveyor, wagons/trucks, ships and stock piles for thedetermination of size distribution, moisture content and chemicalcomposition of the ore in the lot. It also includes the method forreporting the quality of the material sampled.
