1. SCOPE

1.1 This standard prescribes the constructional particulars and other requirements of three varieties of handloom cotton sponge cloth, grey, striped or checked.

1.2 This standard does not specify the general appearance, lustre, feel, finish or colour and their combination in striped or checked cloth.
