1 Scope
1.1 This standard prescribes the requirements and the methods ofsampling and test for protein-fortified bread. This standard doesnot cover the requirements for white bread, brown bread, fancybread, wheatmeal bread, fruit bread, rolls and chemically aeratedbread.
