1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the methods of test for rawemulsion acrylonitrile butadiene rubbers for volatile matter (NBR :1), solvent extract (NBR : 2), organic acid content (NBR : 3), soapcontent (NBR : 4), total ash content (NBR : 5), combinedacrylonitrile content (NBR : 6), solubility (NBR : 7), and Mooneyviscosity (NBR : 8).
