IS 8783 : Part 1 : 1995 Winding wires for submersible motors Part 1: Conductor data

1 Scope

This standard (Part 1) covers the requirements of highconductivity annealed round and stranded copper conductors used forwinding wires for submersible motors irrespective of types ofinsulation. The range of size include solid round conductor dia 0.4mm to 5.0 mm and stranded conductor area 3.58 mm²to 25.65 mm².
