1 Scope

1.1 This standard describes properties of anhydrous aluminiumchloride, nature of hazards associated with it and essentialinformation on storage, handling, packing, labelling, disposal ofwaste, cleaning and repairing of containers, selection and trainingof personnel, personal protective equipment and first aid.

1.1.1 This code does not deal with specifications for design ofbuildings, chemical engineering plants and equipment for operationscontrol and waste disposal.
