1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the procedure for the determinationof fat in cheese by Van Gulik method.

1.1.1 This method is applicable to all types of cheeses.However, it may not give completely satisfactory results when it isapplied to cheeses with an internal mould (blue-veined cheeses).
