This Indian Standard (Part 5) which is identical with ISO 7404-5: 1994 `Methods for the petrographic analysis of bituminous coaland anthracite - Part 5 : Method of determining microscopically thereflectance of vitrinite' issued by the International Organizationfor Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of IndianStandards on the recommendations of the Solid Mineral FuelsSectional Committee and approval of the Petroleum, Coal and RelatedProducts Division Council.
