1 Scope

Lays down required characteristics concerning the positions and distancesnecessary to ensure sufficient lateral spacing for the operation of footcontrols.

1.1 This standard applies only to the accelerator, service brake and clutchpedals (see 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3) for passenger cars and derivatives.
