IS 9334 : 1986 Electric motor operated actuators

1 Scope

1.1 This standard covers the requirements of electric motoroperated actuators which are used in conjunction with open loop andclosed loop control for operating the final control elements ofindustrial process control system.

1.2 This standard does not cover solenoid operated actuatorswhich provide only two position control.
