1 Scope

1.1 This standard (Part II) deals with planning of power linecarrier (PLC) systems. It provides specific information on the properties and the performance of power line carrier systems andassociated equipment useful to the systems planning engineer, andon the precautions to be taken in order to ensure that PLCradiations do not interfere with other radio-communicationservices.
