1. SCOPE

1.1 This standard prescribes the requirements, method of sampling and test for natural rubber latexbased adhesive, intended for use in footwear and leather goods manufacturing.

1.2 This standard does not include latex cement employed for stuck-on work which is already covered in IS 4663.
