This Indian Standard (Part 2) which is identical with IEC 60143-2 : 2012 ‘Series capacitors for power systems - Part 2: Protective equipment for series capacitor banks’ issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Power Capacitors Sectional Committee and approval of the Electrotechnical Division Council.
