IS 9901 : Part 4 : 1981 Measurement of sound insulation in buildings and of building elements: Part 4 Field measurements of airborne sound insulation between rooms

1 Scope

1.1 This standard (Part IV) specifies field methods formeasuring the airborne sound insulation properties of interiorwalls, floors and doors between two rooms under diffuse sound fieldconditions in both rooms and for determining the protection againstsound afforded to the occupants of the building.
