1 Scope

1.1 This standard covers the methods of testing of magneticproperties (inductance L and quality factor Q) of ferrite aerialrods having substantially circular cross-section and used inbroadcast receivers for short and medium wave reception.

1.2 The inductance L and the quality factor Q are the inductanceand quality factor of the combination of aerial rod and thespecified measuring coil.
