This Indian Standard (Part 1) (Second Revision) which is identical with ISO 14673-1 : 2004`Milk and milk products - Determination of nitrate and nitrite contents:Part 1 Method using cadmium reduction and spectrometry' issued by theInternational Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by theBureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Dairy Products andEquipment Sectional Committee and approval of the Food and AgricultureDivision Council.
