1 Scope

1.1 This standard (Part 1) covers methods of chemical analysis of tin andantimony in lead and tin base solders (see IS : 193-1982 and IS : 1921-1975)having chemical composition within the following range. Lead shall be determinedby difference except for Grade Sin95 Sb5 of IS : 193-1982 for which Part 4 ofthis standard may be followed:
