NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 1/Sec 11) which is identical with IEC 60695-1-11 : 2014 ‘Fire hazard testing - Part 1-11: Guidance for assessing the fire hazard of electrotechnical products - Fire hazard assessment’ was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Environmental Testing Procedures Sectional Committee and approval of the Electronics and Information Technology Division Council.

This Standard along with IS/IEC 60695-1-10 : 2016 replaces IS 11000 (Part 1/Sec 1) : 1988.
