This Indian Standard (Part 2/Sec 60) which is identical with IEC 60793-2-60 : 2008 ‘Optical fibres - Part 2-60: Product specifications - Sectional specification for category C single-mode intraconnection fibres’ issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Fibre Optics, Fibres, Cables and Devices Sectional Committee and approval of the Electronics and Information Technology Division Council.
