This Indian Standard (Part 4/Sec 107) which is identical with IEC 61076-4-107 : 2001 ‘Connectors for electronic equipment - Part 4-107: Printed board connectors with assessed quality - Detail specification for shielded two-part connectors having a basic grid of 2.0 mm, fixed part with solder and press-in terminations for printed boards, free part with non-accessible insulation displacement and crimp terminations’ issued by the International Electro technical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Electromechanical Components and Mechanical Structures for Electronic Equipment’s Sectional Committee and approval of the Electronics and Information Technology Division Council.
