This Indian Standard (Part 3) (First Revision) which is identical with IEC 61968-3 : 2021 ‘Application integration at electric utilities System interfaces for distribution management Part 3: Interface for network operations’ issued by the Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Power System Control and associated communications sectional committeeand approval of the Electronics and Information Technology Division Council.

This Standard was originally published in 2017 and was identical to IEC 61968-3 : 2004. The first revision of this Standard has been undertaken to align it with the latest version of IEC 61968-3 : 2021.
