This Indian Standard (Part 46) which is identical with IEC TS 60079-46 : 2017 ‘Explosive atmospheres — Part 46: Equipment assemblies’ issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Atmospheres Sectional Committee and approval of the Electrotechnical Division Council.
