NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with IEC TS 61400-14 ‘Wind turbines - Part 14: Declaration of apparent sound power level and tonality values’ issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Wind Turbines Sectional Committee and approval of the Electrotechnical Division Council.
