This Indian Standard (Part 2) (First Revision) which is identical with IEC 61850-2 : 2019 ‘Communication networks and systems for power utility automation Part 2: Glossary’ Power System Control and Associated Communications Sectional Committeeas and approval of the Electronics and Information Technology Division Council.

This Standard was originally published in 2017 and was identical to IEC/TS 61850-2 : 2003. The first revision of this Standard has been undertaken to align it with the latest version of IEC 61850-2 : 2019.
