This Indian Standard which is identical with IS0 1636 : 1964 ‘Textile machinery- Dyeing and finishing machines - Definition of left and right sides’, issued by International Organization for Standardization (ISO), was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Dyeing, Finishing and Allied Machinery and Accessories Sectional Committee (TX 21) and approval of the Textile Division Counoil.
