NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 12) which is identical with ISO 10993-12 : 2021 ‘Biological evaluation of medical devices - Part 12: Sample preparation and reference materials’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization was adopted by Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Biological Evaluation of In-vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Sectional Committee and approval of the Medical Equipment and Hospital Planning Division Council.
