This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 20252 : 2019 ‘Market, opinion and social research, including insights and data analytics - Vocabulary and service requirements’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Business Services Sectional Committee and approval of Services Sector Division Council.
