IS/ISO 21569 : Part 3 : 2020 Horizontal Methods for Molecular Biomarker Analysis - Methods of Analysis for the Detection of Genetically Modified Organisms and Derived Products Part 3 Construct-Specific Real-Time PCR Method for Detection of P35S-pat-Sequence for Screening for Genetically Modified Organisms
New Standard from Last Update.
NATIONAL FOREWORD
This Indian Standard (Part 3) is identical with ISO/TS 21569-3 : 2020 ‘Horizontal methods for molecular biomarker analysis - Methods of analysis for the detection of genetically modified organisms and derived products - Part 3: Construct-specific real-time PCR method for detection of P35S-patsequence for screening for genetically modified organisms’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Biotechnology for Food and Agriculture Sectional Committee and approval of Food and Agriculture Division Council.
This Indian Standard is published in several parts which are identical adoptions of their corresponding ISO standards. The other parts in this series are:
Part 2 Molecular biomarker analysis - Methods of analysis for the detection of genetically modified organisms and derived products - Part 2: Construct-specific real-time PCR method for detection of event FP967 in linseed and linseed products
Part 4 Horizontal methods for molecular biomarker analysis - Methods of analysis for the detection of genetically modified organisms and derived products - Part 4: Real-time PCR based screening methods for the detection of the P-nos and P-nos-nptII DNA sequences
Part 5 Horizontal methods for molecular biomarker analysis - Methods of analysis for the detection of genetically modified organisms and derived products - Part 5: Real-time PCR based screening method for the detection of the FMV promoter (P-FMV) DNA sequence
Part 6 Horizontal methods for molecular biomarker analysis - Methods of analysis for the detection of genetically modified organisms and derived products - Part 6: Real-time PCR based screening methods for the detection of cry1Ab/Ac and pubi-cry DNA sequences
