NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (First Revision) which is identical with ISO/TS 28000 : 2022 ‘Security and resilience - Security management systems - Requirements’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Risk Management, Security and Resilience Sectional Committee and approval of the Management and Systems Division Council.

This standard was originally published in 2007. This first revision has been undertaken to align it with latest version of ISO 28000 : 2022.
