NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 29992 : 2018 ‘Assessment of outcomes of learning services - Guidance’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Higher Education, Skill Development and Related Services Sectional Committee and approval of the Services Sector Division Council.
