NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 29994 : 2021 ‘Education and learning services - Requirements for distance learning.’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Higher Education, Skill Development and Related Services Sectional Committee and approval of the Services Sector Division Council.
