NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 31022 : 2020 ‘Risk management - Guidelines for the management of legal risk’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Risk Management, Security and Resilience Sectional Committee and approval of the Management and Systems Division Council.
