NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 37500 : 2014 ‘Guidance on outsourcing’ issued by International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Quality Management Sectional Committee and approval of the Management and Systems Division Council.

IT industries dealing with Outsourcing in BPOs may use IS/ISO 30105:2016 Information technology - IT Enabled Services-Business Process Outsourcing (ITES-BPO) lifecycle processes. IS/ISO 30105 : 2016 is published in various parts as given below:
