This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 44001 : 2017 ‘Collaborative business relationship management systems - Requirements and framework’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of Business Services Sectional Committee and approval of Services Sector Division Council.
