NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 672 : 1978 ‘Soaps — Determination of moisture and volatile matter content — Oven method’ issued by the International Organization for Standardizatioin (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Soaps and Other Surface Active Agents Sectional Committee and approval of the Chemical Division Council.
