NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 2) which is identical with ISO/IEC 19086-2 : 2018 ‘Information technology - Cloud computing - Service level agreement (SLA) Framework - Part 2: Metric model’ issued by International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services Sectional Committee, and approval of the Service Sector Division Council.

This Indian Standard is published in four parts. The other parts in the series are:
