NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 6) which is identical with ISO/IEC 19795-6 : 2012 ‘Information technology - Biometric performance testing and reporting - Part 6: Testing methodologies for operational evaluation’ issued by International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Electro technical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Biometrics Sectional Committee, and approval of the Electronics and Information Technology Division Council.
