NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO/IEC 20543 : 2019 ‘Information technology - Security techniques - Test and analysis methods for random bit generators within ISO/IEC 19790 and ISO/IEC 15408’ issued by International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Electro technical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Information Systems Security and Privacy Sectional Committee, and approval of the Electronics and Information Technology Division Council.
