This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO/TS 13811 : 2015 ‘Tourism and related services — Guidelines on developing environmental specifications for accommodation establishments’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Services Sectional Committee and approval of the Services Sector Division Council.
