This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO/TR 10217 : 1989 ‘Solar energy - Water heating systems - Guide to material selection with regard to internal corrosion’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Non-conventional Energy Sources Sectional Committee and approval of the Mechanical Engineering Division Council.
