NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO/TR 41013 : 2017 ‘Facility management - Scope, key concepts and benefits’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Resource Management Sectional Committee and approval of the Management and Systems Division Council.
