This Indian Standard (Part 2), which is identical with IEC Pub 255-10 (1979) ‘Electrical relays: Part 10 Application of the IEC quality assessment system for electronic components to all-or-nothing relays’ issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Relays Sectional Committee (ETDC 35) and approval of the Electrotechnical Division Council.

This standard is intended primarily for use under the IECQ system. A regular Indian Standard for this component could be different, identical or similar to this standard.

Wherever the words ‘International Standard’ appears referring to this standard, they should be read as ‘Indian Standard’.
